High Quality & Long Lasting

Full Acrylic Dentures

All our dentures are processed with high quality acrylic using the Ivocap Injection System, a process that ensures consistent material flow injected into a closed flask under constant pressure. This reduces shrinkage and results in a better fitting denture made of homogeneous material that is more comfortable to wear and has less chance of fracture.

Premium

Our Premium Denture is processed and designed using high quality life-like acrylic with enhanced gingival characteristics, using lingual occlusion, and will include denture teeth from our Premium line of teeth.

Economy

Our Economy Denture is processed and designed using high quality acrylic with natural looking gingival characteristics and will include denture teeth from our Economy line of teeth.

Denture Teeth

When our denture technicians are selecting the best teeth for your patients prosthesis, they must take into consideration tooth moulds for age appropriateness, shade integration if blending in with natural teeth, durability, material composition, esthetics and cost.

Balancing all these options to provide your patient with the best solution for their specific needs and cost considerations requires in-depth knowledge of the denture teeth available. We keep up to date on advances on materials to be the best resource for our dental clinicians.

Best Fitting Partials

Partial Dentures

Our Removable team at Hershberger Dental Lab is experienced at designing frameworks. We take into consideration your long or short-term treatment goals, comfort, function and esthetics to ensure the best fitting partial for your patient. Being a full-service laboratory, we can coordinate combination cases to fit crowns easily at one location for assured fit, function and esthetics.

Acrylic with Metal Framework Partial Denture

Our cast partial denture frameworks are made from strong yet lightweight Chrome Cobalt material that is nickel and beryllium free. We use high quality acrylics and can match tooth shade and shape to blend in with your patient’s natural dentition. Acrylic Metal Framework Partials are a longer lasting solution for partially edentulous patients.

FRS Flexible Partial Denture

Our flexible frame partials are made from FRS (Flexible Denture Resin) and fabricated with the Success Injection System with Lucitone Resin. They are thermoplastic and offer customizable flexibility, high implant resistance and transparency. With colored or clear clasps options they are a more esthetic metal free partial denture solution. Flexible Partials are a shorter-term solution for partially edentulous patients.

Flipper Partial

Our Flipper or transitional partial is made of acrylic and is a short-term solution for replacing a 1--2 tooth to maintain spacing or prevent tooth shifting while awaiting further treatments.

Durable & Effective

Nightguards & Retainers

Hard Soft Night Guard

Our Hard/Soft Night Guards are made with Hard Acrylic on the occlusal surface and lined with soft thermoplastic material on the inside. This creates a hard occlusal biting surface that can withstand heavy jaw clenching and soft fitting material against the teeth for comfort and retention. This ensures better compliance from your patient.

  • For Bruxism & TMJ Disorders
  • Protection of ceramic or implant restorations

Hard Night Guard

Our Hard Night Guard is fabricated with a thinner very dense clear acrylic for maximum rigidity and strength. We build the occlusal plane to your specifications and precise fit. It can be worn during the day or at night.

  • Bruxism & TMJ Disorders

Essix Retainer

Our Essix Retainer is made of transparent plastic vacuum-formed to the unique shape of your patient’s mouth. They are ideal for minor adjustments to help guide teeth into the desired position for better cosmetic restorative outcomes or for continuous use after orthodontic correction to maintain alignment.
