Strong, Esthetic & Cementable
Becoming the preferred choice for dental restorations, Zirconia is a versatile option for restorations in the anterior or posterior, single unit to full arch restorations.
Zirconia is highly biocompatible and will not cause allergies in patients who may have reactions to certain metals used in PFM’s.
All our Zirconia is milled on site at Hershberger Dental Lab which means we control the quality, stand by the integrity of materials and allows us to provide a consistent turnaround time. Our experienced technicians can ensure the correct balance of strength and translucency to meet patient specific esthetic needs and through the controls in our manufacturing process, ensure precise fit, thus reducing your chairside time required to seat and conventionally cement restorations.
Our zirconia material options are available in High Translucency, Esthetic or Multilayered to allow our skilled technicians to customize your restorations for strength and esthetic treatment goals.
Esthetic & Natural
Lithium-disilicate Glass Ceramics, (IPS e.max ® Press and IPS e.max ® CAD), are a versatile restorative material that provide a predictable approach for achieving natural looking esthetics and function.
Their unique crystalline structures enable size, shape and density to be crafted for greater strength and durability. It has a low refractive index with outstanding optical properties. There are a range of translucency options to meet the esthetics required for anterior restorations.
With high strength, proven physical properties, ease of fabrication, versatility, and predictable results, lithium-disilicate glass-ceramics provide ideal functional and esthetic outcomes for anterior teeth up to the pre-molar.
Lithium-silicate is new, and the world’s first zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate ceramic. Offering all the esthetic properties of lithium disilicate, but with added strength of zirconia, for single unit placement in both the anterior and posterior. Their monolithic composition means they are resistant to chipping and have increase flexural strength. They require a traditional all-ceramic prep and can be conventionally cemented or adhesively bonded.
Reliable & Versatile
Hershberger is equipped to offer traditional Porcelain Fused to Metal and Full Alloy options. We work with biocompatible alloys and life-like, low-wearing ceramic materials. Our experienced technicians can craft long-lasting restorations suitable for the anterior or posterior from single to long-span bridges.
Porcelain Fused to Metal
Porcelain Fused to Metal restorations are strong and suitable for placement in all areas in the mouth. With years of proven clinical success, Porcelain Fused to Metal restorations provide good esthetics and long-term reliability. Our Porcelain Fused to Metal restorations provide predictable esthetics in a multitude of shade effects resulting in natural shade transitions.
Versatile design allows for use with combination cases and precision attachment cases to fit to partial dentures.

Full Alloy Restorations
Our Full Alloy restorations are best suited for the posterior where durability and occlusal space are the main considerations. They are highly biocompatible, do not absorb fluids, offer corrosion resistance and hygienic as they do not accumulate plaque. They are a good choice for conservative prep options where high strength is required.

Our Alloys
We use only biocompatible Nobel Alloys from Argen - keeping in mind the best esthetic and functional properties with alloy cost.
Alloy options are determined by balancing esthetics, strength and cost of a restoration. Each alloy has individual characteristics that determine which is the best option to meet your patients case requirements and budget.
We ensure you receive a detailed composition of the alloy used with each case so you know what it is comprised of.
